Privacy notice

PT Padma Cipta Bersama ("Padma", "we") respects your privacy. This notice explains what we do with the personal data you give us through the enquiry form on this website, in line with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

What we collect

• Your name and company email address.
• Your company name, the services you are interested in and the project details you choose to share.
• A one-way, salted fingerprint of your IP address and your browser type, used only to stop spam and abuse. We cannot recover your IP address from it.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The public pages set no cookies at all.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal or quotation if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversation. Our legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.

Who sees it

Only Padma staff who handle new projects. Your enquiry is stored in our own systems, run on servers of our web hosting provider, and in our email. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. To protect the form from bots we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data about your visit.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case our client records and tax obligations apply.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to stop processing it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@padmacipta.com and we will respond within the time required by law.
